All volunteers in School or/and Church activities must be:
1. Fingerprinted by the Archdiocese of Miami (Register as a Volunteer at www.adom.sofn.net, print the Bar Code and make an appointment to be fingerprinted at 305-762-1057 / 59);
2. Virtus trained (go to www.virtus.org to choose session site and date and bring Certificate of Completion to the school office),
3. Sign the Volunteer Application and the Code of Conduct
(available at http://www.miamiarchdiocese.org/Atimo_s/news/VolunteerCodeofConduct.pdf or pick up forms at the school office).
