Panther of Purpose Award

Mrs. Rangel-Díaz models our pillars of Discipleship, Scholarship, and Excellence in ways that are both visible and consistently lived out through her actions.

Through her discipleship, she has continually answered the call to serve. When a full-time teaching position became available, she prayerfully stepped forward to embrace her vocation as a Catholic educator, accepting the role of 3rd Grade teacher with humility and faith. She further demonstrated this spirit by leading the House of Nazareth in its inaugural year, helping foster a culture rooted in faith, belonging, and purpose.

Through her scholarship, Mrs. Rangel-Díaz shows a strong commitment to student growth. From her work as a Catapult Interventionist to her role as an instructional aide and now classroom teacher, she has remained intentional using data, maximizing instructional time, and creating a structured environment where all students are supported and challenged.

Through her excellence, she leads with integrity, courage, and unwavering advocacy for her students. She is a fearless educator and a true champion for children, ensuring they are safe, supported, and always at the center of every decision.

What makes Mrs. Rangel-Díaz exceptional is that these are not isolated moments they define who she is. She consistently rises to serve with purpose, making her a true Panther with a Purpose and a model for our entire community.
